Miami Bail Bond Schedule
In Miami-Dade County, Florida, the Office of The State Attorney, county government and judges work together to decide the standard preset bond amounts on each criminal charge listed in the Florida Statutes and Municipal Ordinances. Brennan Bail Bonds has obtained this schedule of bail bond amounts and we are providing it to you on our website. There are several reasons why you and your attorney should have this information. We feel the most important reason is, by knowing all the bond amounts on the charges prior to being arrested, you can prepare ahead of time for your release from jail. For example, if you and/or your attorney get a call from a police officer, detective or sheriff asking you to surrender yourself on an arrest warrant for a crime you have allegedly committed, more than likely, they will tell you the charges and/or Florida Statute numbers of those charges. With the information they give you, you will be able to research the standard preset bond amount you will need to post in order to be pretrial released from the county jail. After talking to the law enforcement officer, you should call an attorney for legal advice and then immediately call us to arrange for your release. If you are being arrested, our advice is to call your attorney. If you are not able to access this information you should make a family member or friend aware of the bond schedule and have them call us immediately at 305-445-0201.
For your convenience, we are providing you with two bond schedules in two different orders of display. One bond schedule lists the charges according to the Florida Statutes in numerical order. The other bond schedule lists the charges in alphabetical order. Please keep in mind that these bond schedules are regularly reviewed by the different government entities and may change slightly over a period of time. Remember, always consult an attorney, never avoid law enforcement and call for the immediate posting of your bonds.
